This well equipped 46 Morgan is ready for a hands on type of owner. Her bottom was redone in the spring of 2011 and is in great shape. Running rigging and standing rigging appear to be in good shape. Topsides, cockpit and fordeck are all in good condition.
Her engine and generator are in good running condition.
Her interior needs some work. A general cleaning to start and some damage to the salon sole both for and aft. the damage appears to be caused by leaking AC as there is no water damage elsewhere and she shows no signs of ever being under.
While not a project, she is not turnkey either. Technically, she is capable of sailing away today, depends on how comfortable you are with the interior issues.
