HUGE PRICE REDUCTION!
After a recent survey, this boat is not in sail away condition. She will require a lot of work to make her right. While she is dry and solid and her standing rigging is in great shape, and her bottom is sound and in good shape. She has some issues that will need to be dealt with: there is no freshwater system on board, the main fuel tank is not useable, needs to be cleaned and inspected, engine is currently running of portable tank, the engine starts easy and runs but needs new water pump, the main sail is OK,but has no battens, the genoa will require some work, the electronics are not working, electrical issues exist within the boat. She needs a serious cleaning also.
With these issues being brought to light, the price has been reduced to $9900.00 as is, where is. She will make someone a great boat, but it will take a lot of work for that to happen.
