Staterooms
LAUREL ANN offers an extremely comfortable 2 stateroom 2 head arrangement. Seasoned boaters will appreciate the private aft master cabin for its airiness natural lighting and storage space. The walk around queen is often taken for granted but the island berth allows you to change bedding effortlessly and have the freedom to get up in the middle of the night without disrupting the person next to you. There are cedar lined hanging lockers and storage drawers throughout as well as a Splendide washer/dryer unit. The current owner thoughtfully added a hatch to the sundeck for emergency egress and additional ventilation.The guest cabin is all the way forward and features a comfortable V-berth with en suite head and shower stall. Again plenty of natural lighting and generous storage space. For those interested in extended trips and remote destinationstheres a secondary refrigerator in the guest cabin for extra provisions.
Salon & Lower Helm Station
Access the salon from the starboard side door or from the sundeck through a watertight hatch and down a set of stairs. Once inside the boat youll immediately notice the high level of craftsmanship and joinery work. The combination of large windows and traditional teak wood paneling offers a warm rich feeling which is a theme that is carried throughout the vessel. The lower helm station is forward and starboard with quick access to the exterior side deck. The helm is nicely configured with terrific sight lines as well as redundant displays controls monitors breakers and gauges.
