2005 Beneteau 393 at 154,000

Northeast boat,hauled,covered and stored each Winter.Sails, Bim and dodger also removed/cleaned each season.July 2010(Ohio)hull faired,5 coats Interprotect 2000 applied. Keel prepped and 5 coats Rustlok applied. All finished with 2 coats Micron Extra w/Biolux. Boat currently in Marathon,Fl. Salon incorporates preferred layout of settee to starboard and table converts to dbl. berth.Original factory gear includes Air Con with two units at 12K ea,Lewmar primaries upgraded to 54's, 3000 Watt Inverter, macerators both heads and Yanmar Dsl. upgrade to 56HP.
May 2010: New Delta 35, 100'chain, Naviopnics chip for C80 covering USA Offshore coasts,Rivers and ICW. Electric windlass w/remote,screens,two 4D house, GRP27 start,spare halyard,C80 plotter@helm,435 plotter@NAV station in addition to VHF and Sony CD.Boat carries 116 gal. water, 35 fuel,draws 5'1",beam of 13'and 54' MAX ht from waterline. Have not listed obvious items discernible in fotos such as Radar,mainsail furling,wind/depth/speed/sirius weather rcvr,cockpit cushions, 8' Baltik inflatable etc.
Boat will remain US East coast for remainder of 2012 season.Am 100T licensed skipper,able to deliver any US Eastcoast location within reasonable period after purchase as I'm returning to CA.Boat sailed well on way down, all systems operated properly, then and now.She's very clean and well looked after.Call [removed phone]
