CATALINA in Charleston, SC

General Condition
The Catalina 36 is one of the most popular sailboats in her size range on the market, and with good reason. It combines a spacious and comfortable accommodation plan with good sailing performance and easy handling.
With the 1990 model year, Catalina introduced the walk-thru transom, a significant and appealing improvement over earlier models.
Actual Condition
This 36' Catalina shows in fair condition. It is reported she has been sitting on land for a couple seasons with no maintenance. She is a little faded and will need general upkeep, services, and cleaning. She was reportedly in good shape when she came out for storage.
None of her systems have been tested and we do not have a survey. She is readily available for inspection and open to offers.
She looks like a great opportunity for a handy sailor!
